初期型のパッケージデザインで、コンパクトな台紙仕様。ピンクの忍者装束を身にまとい、手を合わせて祈る姿のキティちゃんが特徴です。発売当時は金沢の観光地限定で販売され、現在は入手困難な初期ご当地キティのひとつです。※パッケージに破損あり（コレクター向け）。

2008年版（石川限定 忍者一号Ver.）
リニューアルされた長台紙仕様で、金沢の名所・兼六園を背景に、同じくピンク忍者衣装のキティちゃんがデザインされています。2000年代後期の「忍者シリーズ第一弾」として再販され、石川県の伝統文化と観光を象徴するデザインです。
