Order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre-order or custom items: Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split or shipped together once all items are ready.

Address changes: Please contact us immediately at kittywonderland9@gmail.com if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed.

Orders below this threshold are charged according to destination and weight, calculated at checkout.

Remote or PO Box deliveries: Certain rural or island addresses may require longer delivery times or incur surcharges. Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel lockers are supported depending on carrier policies.

Tracking & Signature: All parcels include a tracking number. You may request Signature on Delivery or Authority to Leave (ATL). Please note that if you select ATL, any loss or theft after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
3. International Shipping

Available destinations: We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and more.

Estimated delivery times: 6–20 business days depending on destination, customs, and local postal operations.

Shipping cost: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel dimensions.

Customs & Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

These charges are not included in item prices or shipping fees.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Address requirements: Please provide your full English address and a local contact number. Some destinations cannot deliver to PO boxes.
4. Local Pick-Up / Click & Collect

How it works:

Select Local Pick-Up at checkout.

You’ll receive an email or SMS when your order is ready (within 1–3 business days).

Bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.

Authorised pick-ups: If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please email us in advance with their name and contact number.

Holding period: Orders will be held for 14 days after the “ready for pick-up” notice. Uncollected orders may be cancelled or restocked, and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Packaging

Vintage & Handmade Care: Each item is carefully wrapped using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Eco-friendly: We reuse clean packaging and recyclable fillers whenever possible.
6. Tracking

All parcels include tracking numbers. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
7. Loss, Delay & Damage

Delays: Weather, customs, or carrier issues may cause unexpected delays.

Lost packages: Contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If unresolved, email us at kittywonderland9@gmail.com for assistance with an investigation.

Damaged or incorrect items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll assess the issue and offer solutions (replacement, repair, or partial refund) according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Risk transfer: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. For ATL deliveries, loss or theft after delivery is not covered.

Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a major product fault.
8. Combined & Split Shipments

Multiple orders placed within a short time frame may be combined to reduce shipping costs. Any overpaid postage will be refunded as store credit or to your original payment method.

Due to stock or pre-order scheduling, we may split shipments at no extra cost to you.
9. Returned International Parcels (RTS)
If an international order is returned to sender due to incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs fees:

We can reship the order once you cover the new shipping cost, or
-
Issue a refund (if eligible) minus original and return postage and any associated fees.
10. Changing Between Pick-Up and Shipping
If you wish to switch from pick-up to delivery, or vice versa, please email us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched or prepared for collection, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

Note on Vintage & Handmade Items
Most Kitty Wonderland9 products are vintage, pre-owned, or handmade.
Minor signs of wear—such as small scratches, fading, or slight color variations—are normal and part of each item’s history. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
